Rain Crow Ranch American Grassfed Beef roast cuts make wonderful beef sandwiches. Simply season and put in the crock pot in the morning and come home to a wonderful aroma.
The beef will be fork tender and falling apart. Slice the roast or pull apart to add to a bun. Use the au jus to dip.

Our shipping is currently handled by our processing facility and comes direct to your door via either UPS or FedEx.
We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to allow the product to arrive in frozen condition and to avoid the chance of sitting over the weekend.
Currently we ship in Styrofoam coolers using dry ice. You can reuse these containers for picnics and when you need to keep food cool.
We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number the day the product ships so you will be advised to look for arrival.
We send the product with the signature waived to allow the delivery to be left at your door if you are not home.

Paleo Grass Fed Beef Chuck Roast Recipe
- 3 lbs Rain Crow Ranch Grass Fed Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T refined coconut oil (don’t use regular coconut oil or substitute olive oil)
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 cups diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Herbamare to taste (optional)
- 3/4 stick of butter
I have always made chuck roasts using wine, broth or water. Chef John’s simple combo of butter and vegetables is now my favorite way to prepare chuck roast. Even guests who are not paleo love this recipe.
All you do is salt and pepper the chuck roast then brown in a little olive oil and refined coconut oil.
Remove the beef and add diced veggies to the pan. Cook in butter until the onions are translucent and the carrots are slightly brown.
Remove the veggies and put the meat back into the Dutch oven. Cover and surround the chuck roast with the vegetables.
Cover and cook in the oven at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
I usually cook longer for the meat to break down. Some people prefer their roasts to be more firm.
