Recipes / Tips

Rain Crow Ranch pork steaks are a fantastic food to serve at a BBQ for a crowd. Slow smoke the steaks over fire for up to 4 hours at a low temperature (not over 225 degrees).  Cover in your favorite sauce and stack them up in a pan to keep warm and tender till the “crowd” is ready to chow down.  A cooler works great for this storage.
