Grass fed beef bacon is 90% lean without the added fat in normal pork
bacon. We recommend frying your bacon in a little bit of your
favorite olive oil.
Variations:
Spread mayonnaise on whole wheat bread and add cooked grassed fed beef
bacon, lettuce and tomato for a healthy BLT.
Add flavor to soups, salads, casseroles and omelets with hickory smoked
bacon.
